Medjine Valcourt, also professionally known as Meme is the co-founder of ElevateLife Solutions. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Meme’s drive for this engagement results from her wanting to help people like herself who wish they had guidance as first-generation students. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Meme moved to Seattle Washington in middle school. She was the first in her family to attend college.

In May 2020, she graduated with her BA in Human resources management. And again, in December 2021 she graduated with her MBA in healthcare administration. Meme currently works as an IT project manager for a Fortune 500 company.

As a young adult navigating through the reality of corporate life, Meme looks forward to working with this program to help mentor others. When she’s not traveling and exploring new places and cultures, she likes to read and spend time with friends/family in her spare time. She also volunteers in the Haitian community of Seattle as an interpreter, English “teacher”, and resource coordinator to Haitian immigrants.
