Marie Laguerre is the founder of ElavateLife Solutions, a group that empowers working adults and young people. She is also an AAPC member and a professional mentor. Additionally, she facilitates Bible study at the JW.org organization. The value of education and hard work had been implanted in Marie as a first-generation Haitian American by her parents. Currently living in Texas, Marie is using those lessons to motivate others and her mentees to reach their full potential.

Marie immigrated to the United States after graduating from high school. She was born in Haiti, and she is the first person in her family who attend college in the USA. In addition to her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Healthcare Information Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire, Marie also holds a professional certificate in medical coding from the AAPC and an associate degree in science from Dallas Community College. She holds certifications in CPC, CRC, PSM, and business analysis.

Marie has faced a number of challenges, including life challenges to earn her education. A teacher even diagnosed Marie with a disability because of her dialect due to the fact she speaks three different languages. She didn’t let it discourage her, although as a substitute, she utilized it as a stepping stone to locate her educational interests. She embraces the view that intelligence and skills can be acquired through hard work and practice. She views obstacles as chances for development and education. She views errors as opportunities for learning rather than failures.

She is surrounding herself with inspiring individuals to boost her motivation. Due to this fact, she decide to engage in these activities today in order to significantly improve the lives of people and the community as a whole. These activities align with my interests and values.  If you can take one thing away from my history, please remember that you are capable; if I can do it, then you can too. All you need is a support system and a desire to succeed.
